CRM by Industry
A general "best CRM" list ranks tools for the average business. Your industry isn't average. These guides re-rank CRMs against what a real estate team, a recruiting agency, a clinic or a dealership actually needs — with the same verified pricing and the same public rubric.
Lead routing, drip follow-up, MLS/IDX and dialer needs for agents and teams — from $9 to $69 a seat.

Our best CRM software ranking scores tools on six criteria that matter to almost everyone: ease of use, features, value, scalability, integrations and support. An industry guide keeps that rubric but changes the questions inside each criterion. "Integrations" for a real estate team means MLS feeds and a dialer; for a clinic it means whether the vendor will sign a Business Associate Agreement at all; for a nonprofit it means recurring-gift processing and grant tracking.
Each page mixes two kinds of tools. The general CRMs we have reviewed in depth (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Freshsales, monday) appear where they genuinely fit, with our own score and a link to the full review. Industry specialists appear where a general tool would leave you building workarounds — those are assessed on vendor documentation and published pricing, and we say so. Every card carries the G2 user rating as published, with a link to the live profile, so you can see what people in your field say rather than only what we say.
Not sure your industry needs a specialist tool? Start with the general ranking. Most businesses under 20 seats are better served by a well-configured general CRM than by a niche system with a smaller ecosystem and higher per-seat cost. The industry pages tell you when that rule stops being true.
Pricing on every industry page is checked against the vendor's own pricing page and dated. Where a vendor only quotes on request, we show the published ranges other buyers report and label them as estimates. Our full process is in the methodology.
